About The Position

Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue is seeking a Sales Representative. This is a commission/performance-based position with a potential to earn up to $20K per month. We are the #2 automotive brand in the region and offer opportunities for growth, development, and achievement. We foster a team environment committed to your success, with a great pay plan, bonuses, and spiffs. Our dealership is centrally located with easy freeway access and offers great hours, closing at 7 PM daily and 6 PM on Sundays. We pride ourselves on the quality of our used cars and the support of our diligent service department.

Requirements

Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
Excellent Communication Skills: You know how to connect with people and create rapport quickly.
Driven & Self-Motivated: You set and crush goals, consistently striving for success.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using computer systems to track and manage sales.
Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is a must.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Build lasting relationships and guide customers through a personalized, hassle-free vehicle purchasing journey.
Present vehicle features, model options, financing choices, and services to help customers make the best decision for their lifestyle.
Go beyond the sale by maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they return for all their automotive needs.
Use management systems to track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups to foster trust and retention.
