About The Position

SRM Concrete is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative for the Dayton, OH Market. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and guiding clients through the entire sales process for ready mix concrete. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams, represent the company at events, and support teammates. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the construction/building materials industry.

Responsibilities

  • Seek out untapped opportunities and open new doors for ready mix concrete sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted partner in their project planning.
  • Manage the entire sales journey from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and craft effective concrete solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership, operations, billing, dispatch, and quality control teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent SRM Concrete at networking events and in the community.
  • Support teammates and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
