About The Position

At Lift Bridge Brewery, we're building something bigger than great beer. We're building a brand, a culture, and a team of people who want to win. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to help grow our presence across our territories. This is a hybrid role that blends remote account management (calls, planning, follow-ups) with in-market execution (account visits, events, activations). Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience (beverage/alcohol industry preferred)
  • Familiarity with the 3-tier system and Twin Cities market
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Self-starter who can manage their time effectively in a hybrid environment
  • Comfortable balancing independent work with team collaboration
  • Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends for events
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Cicerone Certification or other beer education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience working with distributors or key accounts

Responsibilities

  • Partner with distributor teams to drive sales, visibility, and execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with on- and off-premise accounts
  • Plan and execute a hybrid schedule: Remote work (sales calls, account follow-ups, planning, reporting) and In-market (account visits, ride-alongs, merchandising, events)
  • Secure new draft lines, features, and placements (on-premise)
  • Secure distribution, displays, and promotions (off-premise)
  • Execute retail standards including pricing, placement, and brand visibility
  • Support samplings, events, and promotions that bring the brand to life
  • Attend key distributor and retailer meetings
  • Manage and execute local events, including coordination and on-site representation
  • Stay organized with reporting, planning, and communication with internal teams
