As Sales Representative Ireland at AT-PAC, you will play a key role in establishing, developing and expanding our business across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial sales professional who enjoys building a market, identifying new opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. You will act as the face of AT-PAC in the region, introducing our products and solutions to prospective customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach. You will spend significant time in the market, meeting customers, visiting construction and industrial sites, developing new leads and turning commercial opportunities into sustainable business. As the business in Ireland continues to grow, you will also contribute to shaping our regional sales approach and market-development strategy.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management in scaffolding, construction, industrial services, equipment rental or a related technical environment.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding and system scaffolding is highly desirable.
Strong professional proficiency in English.
Proven experience in developing new business and building a customer base.
Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-driven and comfortable working independently.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to establish and grow a developing market.
Confidence in using CRM systems and other digital business tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently throughout Ireland.
Flexibility to attend customer meetings, construction sites and industry events as required.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop AT-PAC’s presence across Ireland.
Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AT-PAC products and solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting through negotiation and closing.
Prepare sales plans, presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a professional and reliable customer experience.
Provide strategic sales support to the UK market when required, working closely with the UK team to support key opportunities and business priorities.
Monitor market developments, competitor activity and industry trends.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information and provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Represent AT-PAC at customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events.
