About The Position

As a sales representative in Stryker's Sports Medicine specialty, you will be the face of Stryker products. You will act as a sales lead, preparing and participating in sales pitches and demo meetings, and collaborating with cross-divisional sales representatives to establish strategic goals and targets. Your role will involve participating in trade shows, analyzing market territories, managing inventory reports, negotiating prices and transaction terms, and resolving product issues for customers. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, educating doctors, nurses, and staff on product usage and maintenance, and directing product evaluations in operating room or office settings. This role offers a unique daily experience with the freedom to manage your time to maximize value for customers and the market, impacting patient care by representing a leading medical device brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred).
  • Must be able to drive an automobile.
