About The Position

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new residential and business customers for Aspire Fiber through direct, in-person sales efforts, including door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods and service areas. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-driven individual who thrives on face-to-face interaction and is energized by meeting sales goals. This position is paid hourly with an uncapped commission structure, giving high performers strong earning potential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own schedule/territory.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between assigned neighborhoods/territories.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, when foot traffic and availability are highest.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop for CRM entry and sign-ups.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales experience preferred, especially in door-to-door, direct, or field sales.
  • Experience in telecom, ISP, home services, or similar door-to-door sales industries.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential and business territories to generate new service sign-ups.
  • Educate potential customers on Aspire Fiber's internet packages, pricing, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately complete sign-up paperwork and enter customer information into CRM/sales systems.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales.
  • Represent Aspire Fiber professionally and knowledgeably in every customer interaction.
  • Stay current on service offerings, pricing changes, and competitor activity in the market.
  • Attend team meetings and sales training sessions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily door-to-door activity, including doors knocked, leads generated, and sales closed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
