Sales Representative - San Angelo CJD
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves interacting with and consulting customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase, aiming to create the best vehicle-buying experience and foster lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle, be trained on our products and their benefits, and present vehicle attributes, options, features, and purchase/finance options. The position requires timely follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships, tracking customers using our management system, and staying updated on new products. You will also attend product and training courses. We offer a monthly guarantee of $4,000 for up to 6 months or commission pay. Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
