This role is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our ANZ Sales team on a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract basis to cover Northwest and Western Sydney. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to achieve sales targets, build and maintain trusted relationships with key pharmacy stakeholders, promote the iNova OTC product range, develop and execute effective territory and account plans, identify and grow opportunities with existing and new customers, manage and track LAM and co-op investments, provide in-store product education and group training sessions, maintain high-quality merchandising, ensure accurate CRM records, reporting, and administrative compliance, share competitor insights, and manage expenses within agreed guidelines.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in pharmaceuticals, consumer health care or FMCG.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong grasp of the sales process.
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing ability.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills (internal & external).
  • Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Current Driver’s Licence is essential.
  • Adhere to company values at all times.

Nice To Haves

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Science or similar (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through strong reach, frequency and call activity (minimum 6 calls per day).
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key pharmacy stakeholders.
  • Promote the iNova OTC product range in line with cycle plans.
  • Develop and execute effective territory and account plans.
  • Identify and grow opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Manage and track LAM and co-op investments to deliver strong ROI.
  • Provide in-store product education and group training sessions.
  • Maintain high-quality merchandising in line with Sales & Marketing plans.
  • Ensure accurate CRM records, reporting, and administrative compliance.
  • Share competitor insights and actively participate in state and national team activities.
  • Manage expenses within agreed guidelines.
