About The Position

LeafGuard is seeking a self-motivated, driven, detail-oriented Sales Representative who values the customer experience. Sales experience is not required; the company provides a three-week, state-of-the-art paid training program. Representatives work warm, preset leads without cold calling or door-to-door prospecting, and may generate their own leads for additional commission. Most representatives earn an average of $80,000–$120,000 per year in commission. Pay is weekly by direct deposit. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current vehicle and vehicle insurance.
• Energetic, friendly, and collaborative demeanor.
• Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented, with an understanding of and appreciation for the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work pre-set warm leads; cold calling and door-to-door knocking are not required.
• Generate leads independently for additional commission.
• Attend all sales training and sales meetings in person.
