About The Position

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing prospective members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and guiding them through the sales process. The role also supports member retention and provides excellent customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred but not required. The position offers a competitive base rate and sales commission, opportunities for growth within the studios, and a free unlimited Pure Barre membership.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation, follow-up, and closing activities in the sales process.
• Conduct facility tours, build relationships, and identify prospective clients’ goals and needs.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Promote and reinforce the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in special events, including health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events, to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills.
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up and follow through with prospective clients.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Attend and complete relevant training programs.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
