Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in transportation sales or a similar B2B role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of transportation industry dynamics, including freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' transportation requirements.
  • Developing and presenting proposals that address clients' needs and showcase the value of our services.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms of agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including warehouse operations and logistics, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry regulations to inform sales strategies.
