About The Position

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dynamic Entry Level Sales Associate in Canton, GA. In this growth-oriented, high-engagement role, you will be responsible for supporting key client accounts, driving retail sales execution, and conducting in-store product training across the country.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and group training abilities.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% (approximately 4 consecutive days per week) across the USA.
• Primary residence in one of the following states: GA, AL, FL, TN, SC, NC, OH, or TX.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably 2 years of sales or account management experience, with proven success handling multi-location retail accounts.

Responsibilities

• Traveling extensively to train new store associates across the USA on product features, installation techniques, and effective selling methods.
• Supporting store visits to key account locations to reinforce product knowledge with team members and improve customer sell-through.
• Assisting at Pro Events to promote brand awareness and drive engagement with professional contractor clients.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with store teams and key customer contacts nationwide.
• Executing merchandising programs, promotional plans, and product assortment initiatives across multi-location accounts.
• Maintaining accurate activity records, field feedback, and visit tracking utilizing internal tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Providing valuable market insights regarding competitor activity, product performance, and retail store feedback.
• Coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (Production, Marketing, Supply Chain) for smooth product launches.
