About The Position

EDealer is a website and software supplier for the Automotive Industry. We are seeking a skilled National Dealer Development (Field Sales) team member to support and build our Quebec / French speaking Canada market. In this role, you will focus on sales and account management of EDealer’s suite of products and services. This is a field role in the Quebec region.

Requirements

  • A successful track record in Website, digital marketing, and / or CRM sales in the automotive space
  • Languages required: English, French
  • Online marketing experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a consultative selling environment
  • Strong presentation skills – both virtually and in the showroom
  • Be highly organized and motivated
  • An understanding of web and social media technologies/trends
  • A valid driver's license, a reliable method of transportation, and willingness to travel

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with dealer groups, OEM programs, or automotive advertising networks
  • DMS & CRM experience
  • University or college diploma preferred
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords - certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sell EDealer services and solutions to automotive dealerships throughout your territory, conducting in-person and virtual demos
  • Build long-term dealer relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to relay market feedback
  • Track sales processes and provide on-going reporting to sales leadership
  • Day-to-day account management
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and occasional team meetups
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline forecasts in Zoho CRM
  • Recognize cross-sell opportunities for other products and services under E INC (Cars.ca & EBlock)
