About The Position

LeafFilter is seeking 1-2 high-performing, veteran sales professionals to join their Erie, PA team. This role is for elite closers who know how to seal the deal in one call, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and are motivated by massive commissions. The position offers pre-set, high-quality leads, 2-4 qualified appointments per day, and a #1 rated product by Consumer Reports. The sales process is one hour long, with installations possible on the same day. The company boasts a 65% average close rate and an earning potential of over $200K, with weekly commission payouts. A management fast-track is also available, with 95% of managers promoted from within.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• One-call close approach.
