About The Position

We are seeking 3-4 high-performing, veteran sales professionals to join our Erie, PA team. This role is for elite closers who know how to seal the deal in one call, thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, and are hungry for massive commissions. LeafFilter offers pre-set, high-quality leads, 2-4 qualified appointments per day, and a #1 rated product by Consumer Reports. The sales process is one hour, including paperwork, with installations as soon as the same day. We boast a 65% average close rate and a $250K+ earning potential, with weekly commission payouts. A management fast-track is also available, as 95% of our managers were promoted from within.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Proven one-call close approach.
• High-energy and money-motivated.
• Confident and coachable.
• Willingness to commute to the office 3x per month.
