About The Position

Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA is a growing home remodeling company dedicated to transforming bathrooms, kitchens, and basements into beautiful, functional spaces. Our team takes pride in quality craftsmanship, strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional results. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, understand their renovation goals, and guide them through the remodeling process-from initial consultation to signed contract.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations
• Build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients
• Evaluate spaces and identify remodeling opportunities for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements
• Prepare accurate estimates and pricing proposals
• Close sales during the consultation or through timely follow-up
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Keep organized records of appointments, proposals, and customer interactions
• Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
