About The Position

Are you ready to shape the future of modular building solutions? As a Sales Representative, your day is anything but ordinary. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, driving growth across diverse industries—from education and commercial to general construction—by delivering smart, flexible space solutions that make a real difference. This role is a remote position but you must reside in the Colorado area. You will work from home and also be out in the field locally 2-3 times per week.

Requirements

  • ____ Years of Sales Experience and in sales or a sales role in the rental industry; results driven.
  • Prior experience with heavy customer focus or team-based environment
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate ideas in verbal, email and other written formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency with various computer programs including Microsoft Suite, Internet and other customer databases.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and sales team while paying attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a process driven environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in project and time management.
  • Effective time management and able to work in a process driven environment.
  • Confident, assertive, quick-thinking and able to make decisions within established guidelines.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must reside in the Colorado area.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in construction or other related industries.
  • Successfully obtain the HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of their start date (in certain states).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close rental and sales opportunities for modular buildings.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with school administrators, architects, construction managers, or industry leaders.
  • Proactively generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates, seamless project execution, and a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service from first contact to final delivery.
  • Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans to support sales activities.
  • Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
  • Develop strong relationships with manufacturers of modular buildings, as well as sub-contractors for transportation, installation and service.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Follow established processes in sales and implementation of the project.
  • Maintain accurate records in the division’s database on customer quotes, specifications and special requests; meet minimum entry requirements daily.
  • Achieve/exceed sales related quotas and goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
