- Maintain a valid driver's license and travel to branch locations and customer homes
- Walk around residential properties and navigate stairs with ease
- Use iPads, mobile devices, AI technology, CRM systems, and other business software
- Sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods throughout the workday
- Occasionally climb and use a ladder to evaluate project conditions
- Lift and carry product samples and sales materials as needed

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners through 2–3+ company-provided appointments daily
- Build trust while delivering a five-star customer experience
- Use AI-powered technology and digital tools to measure exterior home improvement projects
- Educate homeowners on our premium windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and bath products
- Deliver customized proposals using our proven one-call-close sales process
- Secure financing approvals during the appointment
- Help families improve the value, beauty, and efficiency of their homes
