Requirements

  • Identifying prospects’ needs, influencing decisions, building relationships and selling insurance products.
  • Cross-selling products, introducing new products and services by quoting and marketing personal insurance business.
  • Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, answering incoming communications, and contacting leads generated.
  • Building and maintaining a trusting client environment that drives new sales opportunities while strengthening existing business.
  • Engaging proactively within the team and independently to help improve processes, performance, and results.
  • Educating clients on coverage options, risks, and policy details to support informed decision-making.
  • Accurately processing new business, documenting client interactions and policy details in brokerage systems.
  • Tackling complex insurance-related cases, creatively utilizing all available resources until full resolution is met.
  • Keeping updated on company underwriting guidelines and changing markets.

Responsibilities
