About The Position

New Horizon Medical Solutions (NHMS) is a fast-growing healthcare technology and medical distribution company specializing in biologics, advanced wound care, and durable medical equipment (DME). We support a national network of providers and distributors, delivering personalized account management and operational excellence that improve patient outcomes and provider success. This role is ideal for a candidate with relevant experience who can work independently while contributing effectively to day-to-day responsibilities. The position involves handling assigned tasks, supporting ongoing operations, and adapting to a variety of needs within the organization. The individual may also assist with additional duties as required, contributing to overall team and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Strong sales, lead generation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, with experience in account management and business development.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical product information to healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge of advanced wound care, biologics, regenerative medicine, or related healthcare products.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking sales activities and reporting, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to drive sales strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the wound care or medical device industry is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage remote responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their unique needs and recommending tailored solutions from the NHMS product portfolio.
  • Provide ongoing product education and support to clients to ensure optimal utilization and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to support client retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall performance.
  • Partner with the marketing team to support campaigns and provide feedback to improve messaging, offerings, and the overall customer experience.
