About The Position

The Hybrid/SWAT Representative is responsible for engaging customers through multiple remote and Face to Face channels to promote brand messaging. Develop and maintain relationships with targeted accounts by engaging in dialogue utilizing triggers, business acumen and engaging in dialogue that is relevant and meaningful utilizing technology and digital resources.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university or college
Pharmaceutical sales experience required
1+ years Therapeutic area experience preferred
Virtual Sales experience required
Specialty Pharmaceutical experience required
Experience utilizing digital resources, triggers/suggestions
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Certified on product by client preferred

Responsibilities

Manage daily sales call activity according to defined expectations by covering vacant territories and expanding to other remote promotional capabilities via virtual engagements and F2F activities as defined by business requirements via outbound telephone calls, virtual engagements, or F2F interactions
Engage with HCPs face to face as needed when an opportunity is identified
Utilize digital resources and technology to connect with HCPs
Engage assigned HCPs targets in depth program discussions to attain individual territory and company goals post launch
Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs
Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business goals.
Effectively and persuasively communicate with customers using effective selling, listening and negotiation skills, utilizing proper terminology and approved messaging.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the disease state and program.
Adhere to approved direction related to pre/post-launch activities
Verify and complete required data entry in client CRM systems, such as details of the targets responses and any follow-through actions.
Follow business rules for appropriate hand-offs to other appropriate personnel
Communicate with the Sales Leader, team members and client on projects progress as required.
Create and maintain a positive impression with our client and client’s customers
Prepare reports for management as needed.
Fully comply with all laws, regulations and client policies, code of conduct, all privacy and data guidelines and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the program leadership.
Travel in the field up to 30% expected
