Each candidate will go through an interview selection process. Compensation is a standard hourly rate + weekly uncapped commissions. This internship is eligible for class credit upon approval from college/university. We are in the travel industry, weekends tend to be our busiest time. All interns are required to work 5 days per week. Days off will be two consecutive days, typically during the week. Average work week will be roughly 35 hours. Interns will complete a group project utilizing digital media and other tools. Selected interns will begin by attending a 2 week Sales Training Class which will include a mixture of product knowledge, psychology of the sale, scripting, and job shadowing. Once Training is complete, this will be a hands-on internship. Learn to sell a luxury product in a face to face environment. Generate sales volume by learning and executing the steps of the sale. Learn how to establish commonality and build rapport with prospective clients. Learn how to articulate all features and benefits of a product, tailoring it to meet the client’s needs/wants. Requirements

  • Must attend an on-site interview.
  • Students in their Junior or Senior year are preferred.
  • Must be available to attend each day of Internship Sales Training (first two weeks).
  • Must pass and graduate from Internship Sales Training.
  • Must attend Travel + Leisure Orientation and New Hire onboarding experience.
  • Must have the ability to handle common objections and rejection.

Responsibilities

  • Complete group internship project by mid August.
