About The Position

TopLine Heating & Air is seeking closers for a Sales Representative role focused on Residential HVAC. This position offers inbound, pre-qualified leads, a strong support system, and uncapped income potential. If you are tired of chasing dead leads, fighting price objections alone, or working in an environment that doesn't deliver on earning potential, this is an opportunity to join a system built for success. Top performers can expect realistic earnings of $150K–$300K+ with up to 13% commission on company-generated leads and increased potential on self-generated leads. The role involves running qualified leads in customers' homes, designing custom HVAC solutions, controlling conversations, handling objections, and closing deals on the spot, all while delivering a professional, trust-based sales experience. A company vehicle, phone, and tablet are provided, along with medical benefits and a 401k match.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (in-home + phone)
  • Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
  • Organized, self-driven, and results-focused
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to close in a one-call environment
  • Confidence talking money and handling objections
  • Understanding of urgency and how to guide customers to a decision
  • Competitive nature and desire for income to reflect results
  • Takes ownership of results
