About The Position

ADP is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Representative for Major Accounts. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within companies of 50-999 employees, managing full sales cycles, selling a comprehensive suite of over 40 products and services to C-level executives, and accurately forecasting sales. Requirements

  • One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within a geographic territory to close business and achieve sales goals.
  • Implement a top-down sales strategy targeting C-level executives (Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, Owners) to build a network.
  • Strategically cross-sell other ADP products and solutions by collaborating with other ADP associates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal groups within the territory.
