About The Position

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to join their team. This role involves securing new business for ADP by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through strategic Human Capital Management initiatives within companies of 50-999 employees. The representative will manage full sales cycles, sell a suite of over 40 products and services to C-level executives, and accurately forecast sales. Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of quota carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience
  • An impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory
  • Stellar presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within a geographic territory to close deals, win business, and achieve sales goals.
  • Implement a top-down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Owners to build a network with C-level executives.
  • Strategically cross-sell with other ADP associates by highlighting new products and solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and develop/maintain relationships with internal groups within the territory.
