About The Position

Dry Guyz Restoration is hiring Entry-Level Sales Reps & Inspectors to generate leads, perform roof and exterior damage assessments, and help homeowners navigate the restoration process. This role is ideal for individuals confident in face-to-face interactions, field work, and identifying storm or property damage. You will be the first point of contact, creating opportunities, inspecting properties, and guiding homeowners toward solutions. Dry Guyz Restoration specializes in storm damage restoration, roofing, and exterior repairs, helping homeowners recover quickly with quality workmanship, transparency, and reliable service. The company is a full-service home restoration company, not just roofing, working across multiple areas of the home. They take claims seriously, fighting for claims, documenting properly, and understanding what insurance carriers are looking for to ensure more approved deals and stronger payouts. Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in door-to-door / outdoor environments
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Willingness to learn inspections and restoration processes

Nice To Haves

Experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, or home services
Familiarity with insurance claims or property inspections

Responsibilities

Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods impacted by storm or exterior damage
Start conversations with homeowners and educate them on potential issues
Generate leads and schedule roof and property inspections
Perform basic roof and exterior damage assessments (training provided)
Identify signs of storm damage, leaks, or wear
Document findings and explain next steps to homeowners
Help homeowners understand the inspection and restoration process
Assist in initiating insurance claims when applicable
Build trust through honest, professional communication
Track leads, inspections, and project progress
Maintain communication with homeowners throughout early project stages
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs
