About The Position

Crawlspace Medic is seeking a motivated Sales Inspector to join their growing team in Atlanta. This role involves conducting thorough crawl space inspections, identifying problems such as moisture, water damage, wood rot, and structural issues, and then translating these findings into a scope of work and pricing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable walking homeowners through their findings and managing their own schedule. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both sales and hands-on work, leading from the front.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough crawl space inspections — moisture, water damage, wood rot, structural issues, you name it
• Build an accurate scope of work and price every job with confidence
• Walk homeowners through exactly what you found and why it matters
• Manage your own schedule from your phone or tablet
• Stay connected with office staff and repair crews to keep jobs moving smoothly
• Perform crawl space inspections in a timely manner
• Work daily with sale staff to quickly get report to customer
• Participate in networking / marketing activities as time permits
• Help lead business to improve and all areas
