About The Position
RealPro Renovations, Inc. is looking for a Sales Representative and Estimator to join our team in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. This role plays a critical part in driving new business and ensuring project profitability. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients - building trust, understanding their vision, and providing accurate, detailed estimates that set projects up for success. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating or a related field
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial renovation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, site and survey plans
- Proficient with estimating software and Google Sheets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Meet with potential clients to access project scope, goals and budgets
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for renovation and remodeling projects
- Present proposals for professionally and close sales with confidence
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure estimate accuracy
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to generate new business
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active bids
- Represent RealPro Renovations with professionalism at all times
