Sales Representative - Estate Planning
About The Position
Legacy Assurance Plan is hiring an outside sales representative to meet with warm, pre-qualified leads in their homes and guide them through enrollment. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or guaranteed income. The representative will present and explain estate planning membership plans, answer questions, and close enrollments. The role involves managing a pipeline and follow-ups in a CRM within a protected territory. Requirements
- 3+ years of outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
- A documented record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort using a CRM to manage a pipeline.
- Reliable personal transportation for daily in-home visits.
- Must currently reside in [state].
