Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products Direct product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals and office settings May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings Keep Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion Assist in the training and development of sales personnel Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation
