As a Sales Representative – Dental Software, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with dental clinics and closing sales for our software solution. Your role is to play a key part in the company’s growth by identifying the needs of dental professionals, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and securing long-term commercial partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (minimum preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilinguigalism (English and French) required.
  • Ability to simplify and explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Autonomy and discipline in pipeline management.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Professionalism and credibility with healthcare professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.

  • A consultative sales approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the dental field (major asset).
  • Experience selling software or technology solutions (asset).
  • Hands-on experience in the dental industry.
  • Understanding of clinic operations (appointment management, insurance/RAMQ billing, patient records).
  • An existing network within the dental community.
  • Ability to sell value rather than compete on price.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new dental clinics (calls, emails, visits, events).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers (clinic owners, managing dentists, office managers).
  • Analyze operational and technological challenges within clinics.
  • Understand administrative, clinical, and financial workflows.
  • Assess the alignment between client needs and our solution.
  • Deliver customized software demonstrations.
  • Highlight key benefits: efficiency, compliance, profitability, and patient experience.
  • Address objections and answer first-level technical questions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate within established pricing guidelines.
  • Close deals and secure signed agreements.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success and Training teams.
  • Document client needs and commitments made during the sales process.
  • Participate in team meetings to optimize the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a competitive closing rate.
  • Contribute to the growth of recurring revenue.
