This role is for a Sales Representative within the Running Specialty Group (RSG) of the North America Sport Specialty Team. The RSG is a dynamic team focused on supporting and driving the running strategy for Running Specialty doors. The Sales Representative will manage relationships with key partners who authenticate the brand, identify product opportunities, implement merchandising strategies, stay current on product and product changes, and provide strong customer service. Based in Minneapolis, MN, this position is responsible for a group of independent regional accounts across MN, WI, SD, and ND. Key responsibilities include managing these accounts, supporting Nike Running authentication by aligning with established strategies, and maximizing Nike product sales through the development of accurate seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. The role also involves soliciting and submitting orders, coordinating order tracking, retail release and launch details, order confirmations, cancellation and Return-To-Stock summaries, and timely information delivery. The Sales Representative will drive increased sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning, and delivering compelling merchandising and product presentations, and enhance account relationships through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, and Product partners.
