This role is for a Sales Representative within the North America Sport Specialty Team, specifically the Running Specialty Group (RSG). The RSG is a dynamic team focused on supporting and driving the running strategy for Running Specialty doors. The Sales Representative will manage relationships with key partners who authenticate the brand, identify product opportunities, implement merchandising strategies, stay current on product changes, and provide strong customer service. The position is responsible for a group of independent regional accounts across Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and North Dakota, based in Minneapolis, MN. Key functions include maximizing Nike product sales through seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans, as well as managing orders, tracking, retail release details, and timely information delivery. The role involves driving sell-in and sell-through through compelling presentations and enhancing account relationships by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, and Product teams.
