The team leads the vision, strategy, and execution within the Style Specialty channel, serving youthful and style-driven consumers through elevated partnerships, bringing relevant products, stories, and experiences to the marketplace via cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring best-in-class representation of the Nike brand, including NikeSKIMS. The North America Style Specialty Senior Sales Rep will be based in Los Angeles, serving as Nike’s key sales and business liaison for Style Specialty partners within the Sportswear Specialty channel. The ideal candidate will facilitate the Style Specialty Marketplace strategy across brands, retailers, authenticators, and community members. This role requires someone eager to understand and interact with consumers, collaborate cross-functionally with North America teams, deliver engaging presentations, and build strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Project Management
  • Knowledge of current marketplace & consumer trends
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. which may include samples and sales materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Slack, and Zoom
  • Ability to travel (up to 15%)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Nike sales ambassador and primary point of contact within a designated marketplace and account base.
  • Drive & deliver against brand priorities & financial targets for a specified account base inclusive of order management and operations.
  • Play an integral role in implementing the GO-TO-MARKET process end-to-end.
  • Ensure orders are entered fully and on time.
  • Proactively manage product shipments in partnership with the Marketplace Supply Chain team.
  • Track trends to inform the forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to align on & bring campaigns to life seasonally.
  • Be an expert in your assigned Key City and facilitate market travel to key destinations for designated groups as required.
