AO Globe Life is opening seats for sales reps on a leadership development track. Fully remote across eligible Canadian provinces. You speak with families who requested to hear from us and help them protect what matters — while building toward team lead in months, not years.
Requirements
- People who have sold, served, or led — in any industry
- People who prefer conversations over pressure
- People who want a career, not a hustle
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Resident of BC, AB, SK, MB, ON or NL
Responsibilities
- Run scheduled Zoom appointments with Canadian families
- Recommend the right coverage in plain language
- Complete clean, accurate applications
- Follow up on reviews, updates, life changes
- Learn the leadership playbook from day one
