About The Position

This is a fully virtual role where you will speak with families who have already expressed interest in learning more and help them find coverage that fits their lives. The position involves running scheduled Zoom appointments, asking questions, listening, recommending products, completing applications, and following up professionally. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Run scheduled Zoom appointments with Canadian families who have booked them.
  • Ask questions and listen to understand client needs before recommending products.
  • Explain products in clear, understandable language.
  • Complete accurate applications.
  • Follow up professionally with clients.
  • Maintain organized notes in the company's CRM.
