About The Position
Hilton Grand Vacations is a recognized leader in the vacation ownership industry, known for innovation, quality, and continued growth. Our Sales Executives engage with pre-qualified, appointment-only guests- no cold calling or lead generation required-to present world-class vacation ownership products. In this highly interactive, guest-focused role, you will build rapport, identify travel preferences, and showcase our premium resort amenities to inspire ownership. You will apply HGV’s proven sales methodologies while maintaining a professional, ethical, and customer-centric approach. At Hilton Grand Vacations, our Team Members are at the core of our success and are dedicated to helping guests create unforgettable vacation experiences.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex customer concerns
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice To Haves
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing
- Experience in luxury sales, hospitality, marketing, or vacation ownership industries
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with pre-qualified, appointment-based guests
- Build rapport with guests to understand travel needs and preferences
- Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and resort amenities
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients via phone, email, and written communication
- Apply HGV sales techniques and best practices to drive performance
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professional representation
- Attend weekly sales training and professional development sessions
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with company values
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
