About The Position

Priority Signs and Graphics in Southlake, TX is looking to hire a full-time Sales Rep - Project Manager to sell and manage new jobs for our company. This position earns a competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses, resulting in average earnings of $75,000 to $125,000 per year. Priority Signs and Graphics is a rapidly growing full-service signs and graphics company in the Dallas Fort Worth area that provides sign solutions to businesses in the building industry. Our services include sign permits, design, fabrication, repair, and installation. From building signs to vehicle wraps, we provide high-quality products. We pride ourselves in having the expertise to provide a total custom sign and graphics solution for any business need. Our talented team designs, fabricates, and installs custom signs and graphics using the most up-to-date equipment and technology. Requirements

  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales and project management
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Can represent our company in a professional manner
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and success-driven
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced professional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or Engineering background preferred
  • Sign, construction, or media sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire sales pipeline, from identifying targets to closing deals.
  • Communicating with clients both in person and over the phone.
  • Effectively explain how our products and services can best satisfy client needs.
  • Help clients determine the best sign solutions for their needs and confidently explain how our products and services can meet those needs.
  • Work closely with our design, permitting, production, and installation teams to complete orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments by understanding technical drawings, materials, and installation requirements.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients and check in with them periodically to ensure their satisfaction.
