Requirements
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Previous sales or marketing experience preferred
- Background in luxury retail, hospitality, insurance, finance, customer service, or vacation ownership is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Strong closing and presentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous timeshare or vacation ownership experience
- Knowledge of the Charleston area, including attractions, restaurants, and local destinations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Responsibilities
- Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership opportunities while maintaining a professional and ethical sales approach
- Build rapport with guests and understand their travel goals and vacation interests
- Conduct engaging sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of vacation ownership
- Generate sales volume while delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Develop strong relationships with prospective Club Members
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate follow-up and communication with guests
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
