Join us and lead that change across the South Asia region. As regional lead for Large Enterprise you play a critical role in the regional leadership team for South Asia. You will work closely with worldwide, regional leadership and country teams, to create strong and scalable engagements with the largest Enterprises in the region. You will lead a team of regional industry leads across South Asia, with a dotted line relationship to local Major Account Managers in each country, building consultative partnerships with enterprises and governments across the region. Provide leadership across strategies and plans that initiate new, diverse customer relationships across South Asia and inspire them on a business transformation journey. You will provide leadership building the strategies and plans for the region that tenaciously initiate new, diverse customer relationships and inspire them on a business transformation journey. Develop plans in conjunction with our strategic partners, providing solutions across multiple customers and industries. Work closely with worldwide and regional leadership and country teams to create strong, scalable engagements with the largest enterprises across South Asia, including key markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam and more. You will be present and active across South Asia, spending time in markets with customers, partners, and country teams, leading from the front, and setting the standard for enterprise engagement across the region. Orchestrate impactful customer engagements across a set of strategic accounts by demonstrate clear business value to accelerate customers' digital transformation. Develop plans in conjunction with strategic partners, providing solutions across multiple customers and industries. Orchestrate effective customer engagements across a set of strategic customers, alongside our partners, drawing on our previous global successes and our partners expertise to drive scale. You will assemble the right people, motivate our Enterprise sales teams and enable them with the right tools, and support their collaboration. Effectively execute on plans by cross-functionally partnering with Sales team and leadership, Consulting and Field Engineering team, as well as our ww team of industry leaders. From planning demand generation activities, identify new opportunities, plan and execute customer journeys to forecast and plan for deployments. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development and enterprise technology consulting.
  • Deep industry knowledge with the ability to make confident, credible recommendations at C-level and to business decision makers.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation, able to advocate and influence outcomes, balancing short-term delivery with sustainable long-term value creation.
  • Deep experience and expertise in Solution Selling, Enterprise Architect and/or IT Enterprise Consultancy with focus on how to transform business, ways of working and strategic workflows to meet the market demands of tomorrow.
  • Proven ability to lead, build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organizations.
