About The Position

The Sales Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support to the Recruiting Department and contributes to the Recruiting Team’s success by delivering customer service throughout the recruiting lifecycle. The role supports applicant management, prescreening, tracking applications and candidate progress, administering employee referrals, monitoring recruiting systems and assignments, and generating hiring-process reports. The position is located at 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Recruiting Staff in all areas of job applicant management.
Answer recruiting staff questions about applicants, job openings, and other inquiries by phone or email.
Review incoming applications in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS), complete initial prescreening, and assign applicants to recruiters.
Track application status and candidates’ stages in the recruiting process, review applicants who apply to multiple roles or have applied previously, and ensure candidates are contacted in a timely manner.
Notify applicants when they are not selected for a role.
Manage the employee referral program.
Monitor the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sourced applicants and review recruiting job assignments to ensure openings are actively pursued.
Generate daily and weekly reports for hiring processes.
