The Role We're looking for a high-performing GTM Recruiter to join our fast-paced, nimble Talent Acquisition team. You'll take ownership of full-cycle hiring across our Go-To-Market organization — Account Executives, BDRs, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Marketing — supporting the rapid growth of our global revenue teams. At Telnyx, we're building the infrastructure that powers programmable communications, Voice AI, private wireless, and SIP trunking on our own global carrier network — and you'll play a critical role in hiring the people who sell it. You're someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, balances strategic sourcing with hands-on execution, and builds strong relationships with sales leaders, hiring managers, and C-level stakeholders. You're energized by tough searches — finding AE candidates who can sell infrastructure, BDRs with hunter DNA, and channel sellers who understand partner ecosystems.
