About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to drive our business growth. You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing sales team by utilizing effective recruiting strategies and establishing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in sales or a similar field.
Strong understanding of sales roles and the sales hiring process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified sales candidates.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top sales talent.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.
