As a Sales Recruiter, you will own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for revenue-generating roles across the organization with a primary focus on entry-level sales talent through to Regional Sales Managers. This is a production-heavy recruiting role where success is defined by speed, pipeline strength, and consistent delivery of high-performing sales talent. You will partner directly with sales leadership to build teams of “Spartans” — resilient, competitive, and coachable hires who can thrive in performance-driven environments. You’ll manage multiple concurrent sales searches, drive top-of-funnel activity daily, and ensure consistent hiring outcomes across high-growth business units. This role is ideal for a recruiter who operates with urgency, thrives in high-volume environments, and understands what separates average sales talent from elite performers.
