About The Position

As a Sales Recruiter, you will own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for revenue-generating roles across the organization with a primary focus on entry-level sales talent through to Regional Sales Managers. This is a production-heavy recruiting role where success is defined by speed, pipeline strength, and consistent delivery of high-performing sales talent. You will partner directly with sales leadership to build teams of “Spartans” — resilient, competitive, and coachable hires who can thrive in performance-driven environments. You’ll manage multiple concurrent sales searches, drive top-of-funnel activity daily, and ensure consistent hiring outcomes across high-growth business units. This role is ideal for a recruiter who operates with urgency, thrives in high-volume environments, and understands what separates average sales talent from elite performers.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume sales hiring (BDRs, SDRs, AEs, Territory Reps, Sales Managers).
  • Proven track record of managing 8–10+ concurrent roles and delivering hires in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate top-of-funnel pipeline at scale, with consistent candidate flow and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of sales profiles, including how to assess drive, resilience, coachability, and closing ability.
  • Experience hiring across sales hierarchies (entry-level through management).
  • Exceptional cold outreach, candidate engagement, and candidate closing skills.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel metrics and pipeline analytics to guide decisions.
  • Experience working in past-paced environments with strong hiring targets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, maintaining 85%+ hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Flawless ATS hygiene and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Experience recruiting across U.S. and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own 8–12+ concurrent sales requisitions end-to-end, primarily focused on high-volume hiring for entry-level and mid-level sales roles.
  • Generate daily outbound activity (cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns) to build a continuous pipeline of sales candidates.
  • Deliver 5–10+ qualified candidates per role within 7–10 days, with consistent interview-to-offer conversion.
  • Fill high volumes of roles (8–12+ hires per quarter) while maintaining strong quality-of-hire and 90-day retention.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to define success profiles, refine scorecards, and calibrate on traits of top-performing reps.
  • Run structured, high-throughput screening processes focused on sales competencies, behavioral traits, and performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain large, segmented pipelines (100+ candidates) across key sales markets and talent pools.
  • Track and optimize funnel metrics (response rates, screen pass-through, offer acceptance) to continuously improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Ensure 100% ATS compliance, maintaining real-time pipeline visibility and data accuracy.
  • Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, aligning hiring to growth targets, territory expansion, and revenue goals.
