About The Position

The Experience Auto Group is seeking a Polished, professional, full time RECEPTIONIST for our Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale dealership.

  • Basic computer skills for obtaining demographic information

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and satisfy customers’ inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Properly Greet all guests and customers and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Have a professional, polished appearance and demeanor and maintain a commitment to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate individuals that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer.
  • Provide hospitality and guest services while guests are waiting.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Obtain basic demographic information about each customer using a computer system, log sheet or other method established by the dealership.
  • Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Assist with clerical duties as required including typing memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as required.
  • Process mail and/or FedEx/UPS outgoing packages as required.
  • Other misc. office/clerical duties as necessary.
