Responsibilities

Greet and guide clients in the showroom and on the phone.
Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.
Interact with managers and employees to ensure the clients are properly taken care of.
Perform administrative functions including stocking in cars, handling deposits, and assisting managers with the CRM system.
Become familiar with new Mazda models and understand the off-brand used car inventory.
Help the sales team cultivate long-standing relationships with new clients.
Maintain a positive attitude and bring your 'A game' to work daily.
