About The Position

Wesley Financial Group, an INC 500 company, is seeking Sales Qualification Specialists to help individuals exit timeshares. This role offers the opportunity to earn significant income, receive weekly pay, and contribute to helping people solve real problems. The company emphasizes a no-cold-calling environment, providing over 3,000 warm leads weekly from their marketing team. Top performers can expect to earn between $120K-$160K.

Requirements

  • Must successfully pass all training assessments upon completion of the 2-week training program
  • Ability to attend and participate in training for the first two (2) weeks according to the schedule provided at the time of hire
  • Must have technical experience using multiple platforms, including CRM systems, and be comfortable operating a Mac

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience (telesales preferred)
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Want to feel good about the work you do every day

  • Connect with warm leads who have already reached out to us through outbound sales calls
  • Understand their unique situation through thoughtful conversation
  • Pre-qualify prospects for our services
  • Schedule appointments with our closing team
  • Track interactions in Salesforce
