About The Position

The Sales, Purchasing & Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between purchasing, sales, and operations to identify issues and communicate with department heads to correct and/or improve processes. The S, P & O Analyst will also perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Managers and General Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Forms, Smartsheet, and other business intelligence tools.
• Must have a strong positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to all types of people and levels in and outside the organization.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and operations.
• Conduct analysis of inventory levels, sales initiatives, operational processes, etc.
• Analyze new item requests, special orders, and product days on hand.
• Work with department leaders to identify opportunities and develop processes to reduce expenses and increase income.
• Champion all training for Power BI, Excel, AI platforms, and other systems used for analytics.
