The Sales, Purchasing & Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between purchasing, sales, and operations to identify issues and communicate with department heads to correct and/or improve processes. The S, P & O Analyst will also perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Managers and General Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Forms, Smartsheet, and other business intelligence tools.
Must have a strong positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to relate to all types of people and levels in and outside the organization.
Must be self-motivated.
Must be able to multitask.

Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and operations.
Conduct analysis of inventory levels, sales initiatives, operational processes, etc.
Analyze new item requests, special orders, and product days on hand.
Work with department leaders to identify opportunities and develop processes to reduce expenses and increase income.
Champion all training for Power BI, Excel, AI platforms, and other systems used for analytics.
