About The Position
As a Flooring Sales Project Manager, you will assist in all phases of each flooring project until successful completion and final billing and payment in full of the project. The Project Manager will be a communications link between the Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installation subcontractors, installation supervisors and the accounting department. This role will also have the opportunity to sell flooring products.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Understanding of sales processes.
- 1-2 years of Commission Based sales experience.
- Knowledge of flooring products including carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP.
- Ability to learn and use a variety of software including MS Office, project management tools and CRM.
- 1-2 years of Construction Management experience.
- Experience overseeing large customer projects end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills; professional and able to communicate with all levels of staff and outside resources.
- Self-starter; motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Problem solver; creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred.
